Neighborhood Bridges is about kindness...speed...efficiency...and bridging all community resources to drive direct support and care to remove barriers for children/families in need.

We aim to create long-term community partnerships with businesses like yours to make an even bigger impact on the students of Field Local Schools. Through our Falcon Family Closet, we provide clothing and basic necessities to students in need, while the neighborhood bridges initiative helps meet additional needs that families in our community face.
