The Ohio PTA Memorial Scholarship Program Academic Application is for students planning to attend a state approved four-year degree program.

The Ohio PTA Memorial Scholarship Program Post-Secondary/Certification Application is for students planning to attend a state approved technical, vocational and/or associate degree program.
Any applicant planning to earn a bachelor's degree does not qualify for this award, and should complete the Ohio PTA Memorial Scholarship Program Academic Application which can be found at tinyurl.com/OPTA-Scholarship-Academic-2023
