About Us
We are a community-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the students of Field Local Schools. Our mission is to foster a sense of unity and pride, enhance the quality of their school experience, and provide meaningful support to both students and athletes within the Field Local Schools community.
Our Mission
Bringing Community Unity to "Field": We believe in the power of community spirit and the importance of coming together to support our local schools and neighborhoods.
What We Do
- Spirit Pride Events: We organize events that celebrate our community, fostering a sense of pride and togetherness among residents. These events are designed to be inclusive, fun, and beneficial for everyone involved.
- Fundraisers: Our fundraisers directly benefit the students and athletes of Field Local Schools. We believe in providing opportunities for our youth to excel both academically and athletically, and our fundraising efforts are a key part of that mission.

The Big Red Fund
Originally "The Big Red Fund", we were established in 2010 by Parents, Community Members, Alumni, Teachers and Coaches that wanted to raise funds to support the long term betterment of our Athletic Facilities through private fundraising.
With athletic funding on the decline, and athletic facilities at the bottom of the list, our group has made it a priority to raise funds so our student athletes have access to safe equipment and facilities.
Our first endeavor was the Field High School track, having completed that we went on to raise funds for Track equipment. Our next focus was the bleachers in the High School gymnasium. We were able to purchase used bleachers, bringing our gymnasium seating up to code and making them handicapped accessible. We have also helped the majority of the teams purchase various equipment and uniforms they need. In the 15 years since the Big Red Fund was established we have raised over $500,000 for the Student Athletes at Field Local schools, but we are not stopping there....
The Big Red Fund laid the foundation for The Big Red Community Foundation.

Our first project was a complete replacement of the condemned Field High School Track.
